RM Creative ("we", "us") runs rmcreative.in to offer video editing courses and digital creative assets. This page explains what information we collect and how it's used.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, phone number and/or email, when you message us on WhatsApp, email, or use the contact form, for admissions or general enquiries.
• Payment information — when you buy a digital asset, payment is processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details — only a payment confirmation and the amount paid.
• Basic technical data — standard web request data (like IP address and browser type) collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance, not for tracking individuals.

How we use it

• To respond to admission and course enquiries.
• To deliver a purchased digital asset securely after payment is verified.
• To contact you about a course or order you've engaged with.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third parties we rely on

• Razorpay — payment processing. See Razorpay's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
• Cloudflare — hosting, security and file storage for digital assets.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what contact information we hold about you, or to delete it, at any time by messaging WhatsApp or emailing rahulmevada143@gmail.com.

Refunds

Digital assets are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, sales are generally final once the download link has been issued — if something is genuinely wrong with your order (payment charged but no download received, a corrupted file, etc.), contact us with your payment ID and we'll make it right.
