Privacy Policy

RM Creative runs rmcreative.in to offer video editing courses and digital creative assets. This page explains what information we collect and how it is used. We have kept it short and plain, because a privacy policy you cannot read is not much use.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your name, phone number and/or email, when you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or submit the enquiry or waitlist form on this site. We use these for admissions and general enquiries.
• Enquiry details — what you asked about, and which course or product you were interested in, so we can reply usefully and remember the conversation.
• Account information — your name, email, mobile verification status, optional profile photo, password verifier or Google identity, sessions, purchases and course access. We do not store your plain-text password.
• Payment information — when you buy a paid course or digital asset, payment is processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details — only a payment confirmation and the amount paid.
• Basic technical data — standard web request data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance. This is not used to track you as an individual.

Nest Pro activation and updates

Nest Pro sends your account identity, subscription status, a one-way hash of the Mac hardware identifier, a device name you can recognise, and a public activation key to our licence service. The private activation key stays in your Mac Keychain. These records enforce one active Mac, prevent repeat trials, and authorise downloads and updates. We do not send the raw hardware identifier, your asset library, Premiere project contents or media files to the licence service.

The app checks its licence online and keeps a signed offline grant for up to 24 hours. It also checks our server for signed update information. Device and trial records are retained while needed to administer access and prevent repeat trials; subscription records are retained for billing and accounting. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Deleting licence records can end activation, and required billing records may need to be retained.

How we use it

• To respond to admission and course enquiries.
• To deliver a purchased digital asset securely after payment is verified.
• To contact you about a course, batch or order you have engaged with.
• To let you know when the online course or a new asset launches — but only if you asked us to, by joining a waitlist.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Where your information is stored

Account, purchase, course-access, enquiry and waitlist records are stored in our Cloudflare database. Paid files are delivered through protected application links. Files hosted in Cloudflare R2 use our storage binding; files hosted on Google Drive also depend on the sharing settings of that provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are useful for admissions — typically up to two years — and payment records for as long as required for accounting. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Third parties we rely on

• Razorpay — payment processing. See Razorpay’s own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
• Cloudflare — hosting, security, database and file storage.
• Google — optional sign-in and externally hosted course media. YouTube thumbnails and embedded videos can contact Google services when displayed or played.
• MSG91 — mobile verification and SMS-based recovery when enabled. The verification widget receives the mobile number you verify.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and complete Google sign-in. Signing out revokes your current account session. Your browser also stores your cart and recent order links so you can continue checkout. Cart items, payment confirmations and download-link requests are sent to our server when you use them. We do not add advertising cookies; third-party services may apply their own policies.

When you start a free download, we use a random first-party browser cookie lasting up to one year to estimate repeat browsers. The database stores its hash, product ID, download-start count and first/last download dates; this count does not require an account, name or contact details. Clearing cookies or using another device can count the same person again. These records are retained until the product is deleted or the records are removed by the administrator.

Children

This site is intended for adults and for students enrolling with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what contact information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time — message WhatsApp or email rahulmevada143@gmail.com and we will action it.
